What we collect
This site does not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking
cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is a preference for the
light/dark appearance slider, saved locally via localStorage.
It never leaves your device and isn't linked to you personally.
If you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide, solely to respond to your inquiry.
Legal basis
We process this information based on your consent when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries about our work.
Third parties
Contact form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service, which forwards your message to our email inbox. We don't share your information with anyone else, and we never sell it.
Storage and retention
We keep contact-form messages only as long as needed to handle your inquiry — typically in our email inbox until the matter is resolved.
Your rights
Under the Norwegian Personal Data Act and GDPR, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you, and to object to how we process it. To exercise any of these rights, contact hei@langliid.no. If you believe your data hasn't been handled properly, you also have the right to file a complaint with Datatilsynet, the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
